The Last Friday Of The Month, May - August
Cruise Nights
| As many as 500 antique, classic cars and hot rods adorn
the streets of Downtown Jackson, coming from all around the State,
Indiana and Ohio. Live bands perform center stage in Bucky
Harris Park. A DJ, street dancing, contests, open air grill and
assorted refreshments attract thousands of spectators into Jackson
from surrounding counties.
Cruise Nights take place in Downtown Jackson on Michigan Ave between Mechanic and Blackstone, on Mechanic Ave between Cortland and Pearl, and on Jackson St between Cortland and Louis Glick. Cruise Nights is brought to you by the Downtown Development Authority, Midtown Association and various downtown merchants. The outdoor grill is provided by the Oak Tree Lounge and the beer tent is hosted by St. John's Knights of Columbus. |
